Background:

Our firm was organized in 1978 incorporated in 1981 and current personnel have over 40 years of combined audit experience in auditing California Special Districts. We are a local firm and our office is located in Stockton. We are a Professional Corporation comprised of nine staff members and one principal. We have four staff accountants and one office manager. In addition to audit we provide all type of accounting and tax services.  As part of our quality control program, personnel receive annual update training in governmental accounting, auditing and tax.

John E Blomberg, CPA with over 30 years audit experience is the owner and manager. He has vast auditing, tax and accounting experience. Mr. Blomberg has conducted audit services of various organizations such as Special District, Non Profit and Professional health care organizations. He has prepared tax returns for clients of diverse situations and assisted clients in financial planning, estate planning, estate and trust tax preparation and other accounting, auditing and tax services.
